H1B Visa FY 2022 Lottery is Complete. Here’s the Registration Selection Confirmation

Looks like USCIS completed the H1B Visa Lottery on March 26, 2021 and sent the notification on March 27, 2021.

Did you apply for H1B Visa 2022 lottery?

Check with your Attorney or Employer and see if they received the notifications.

If the same trend were to hold from the last year, you should be getting notifications for the next 2-3 days (March 26 to 29), unless USCIS has improved their system and send the notifications yesterday for all selected petitions.

One person who I spoke with said that, his employer’s selection rate is 40%

• 40% Selection Rate

Not every employer can say the same, but we really don’t know how this random selection process works.
